Upcoming Investigations :

April 22, 2022:  Charles Mills Lake

Pre-Investigation Case File : 2022-2

The Charles Mill Lake Reservoir was constructed in 1935. It has since been a hotbed of paranormal activity with reports of a lake monster, an orange eyed bigfoot like creature, and one of the most credible UFO sightings in the history of the United States.

The first sighting of the claimed lake monster occurred in 1959 ,and it was seen again in 1963. The reports described the monster as having green luminous eyes, no arms, and having large webbed feet.

The second monster is reported to be an ape-like creature with orange glowing eyes, and it has been estimated to be nearly 1,100lbs. There have been multiple reports of the creature tracing back to the 1960's.

In 1973, a UFO was spotted near Charles Mill Lake. U.S. Army Reserve officer Larry Coyne was piloting a military helicopter along with a crew of four enlisted men when one reported seeing a light in the distance. The light began approaching the helicopter at speed. The eye witness report would be later dubbed the "Coyne Incident" ,and it has long been considered one of the most credible UFO sightings to date.

We have previously visited this location ,and will be continuing our research on the claims. Stay tuned to our social media pages and website for future updates. The location will also be featured on a future episode of the C-Bus Paranormal Paracast.

January 2022 :  Landolls Mohican Caste / Macbeth Cottage  / Heyd Cemetery

Pre-Investigation Case File : 2022-1

Both locations reside on the grounds of Landolls Mohican Castle in Loudonville, Ohio. Some individuals have speculated the property is cursed as it has a rather extensive history of fires. This includes a Church and the Castles Restaurant in 2008.

The Macbeth Cottage was originally built in the late 1800's ,and it went through a massive renovation in 2012. Since that time visitors have reported seeing full bodied apparitions, heard unexplained voices, blankets being pulled on their beds, TV's turning on by themselves, dresser drawers opening by themselves, and knocking.

There have also been reports of visitors seeing the apparition of a girl in a blue dress wandering the grounds and in Heyd cemetery. Visitors have attempted to connect the spirit to a young girl (Samantha Karnagy) that was buried on the property in 1852. However this appears to be pure speculation.
